What this site is, and is not.
This site shows what we stock and lets you ask us for a price. It is a shop window, not a contract. The terms of an actual sale are on the invoice for that sale.

Using the site
Browse it, measure against it, send us an enquiry. What you may not do is scrape it wholesale, resell the catalogue as your own, or use it to send us automated junk. The text, photographs and layout are ours.

Stock and pricing
This site shows the range we carry, not prices. Pricing happens when we quote you, in person or by phone. What the site shows as stocked is what we believe to be true at the moment you are reading it, and it moves; an item shown here is not a promise that it is on the floor today. We confirm availability when we quote you, and if something has changed we tell you before you pay rather than after.

Quotes
A quote is a price for a specific list of items at a specific moment. It becomes an order when you accept it and we confirm it. Until then either side can walk away, and neither owes the other anything.
04Photographs and measurements
Photographs and measurements
Photographs show the product and the finish as accurately as a photograph can. Wood and paint vary between batches, and screens vary between themselves, so a finish in your kitchen will not be pixel for pixel what it was on your phone. Come and look at the sample if the exact shade matters.
Dimensions listed are nominal. Measure your own space, and measure it before you order rather than after.

Trade pricing is for licensed contractors, and we check the licence number you give us against the state register. Give us a licence that is not yours and the account goes away. Trade prices are for your own jobs, not for resale as a distributor.

What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the goods we sell you, on the terms of that sale. We are not responsible for what an installer does with them, for a measurement taken by someone else, or for a plan drawn from a photograph on this page. This site is information; it is not design advice and it is not a survey of your kitchen.

Privacy, and changes
